Your pooch will stay with us for two weeks and receive daily care and love while we train them for you. This is a great boost to you and your dog’s communication and life together. We’ll spend time with you before you take them home, so you can follow our comprehensive program for good behavior at home. Complete boarding services and care and daily training of all basic commands: Heel, Sit, Stay, Down, Come When Called. This is not “boot-camp” for your dog. This is a loving and playful program that your dog is craving and will respond to. We use positive reinforcement techniques with verbal commands that we’ll teach you.

Above prices are per pet services and additional fees may be applied for pets that require special handling or for a geriatric pet. Prices can only be quoted at time of stay, as they require special analysis by trained staff.

Your pet’s diet is one of our highest priorities while you are away. We always recommend bringing your food from home, as it is familiar to your pet and might be more likely to eat well. This will also help prevent intestinal upset from a quick diet change. If you choose, we also have high-quality natural pet food available for your pet while you are away. We regularly work with animal nutritionists to make sure your pet is getting the safest and healthiest options while at our facility.

If your pet has daily medication that needs to be given, we have trained staff that are able to administer it to them. All medication must be brought in the prescribed bottle with the name and directions given by your veterinarian. DO NOT combine medication with your pet’s food prior to coming in. Additional fees may be applied for pets that require special medical handling. Please contact our Boarding Office for any questions in regard to medications.

We encourage you to bring personal bedding and toys/chews from home (no more than two toys). This helps your pet feel more comfortable and at ease. We cannot be responsible for chewed bedding or lost or damaged toys, so please bring items you can replace easily.

Rawhide digestibility can vary from dog to dog and from chew to chew. Generally speaking, rawhides are not easily digested, which is why large chunks broken off and swallowed pose such high obstruction risks, therefore we ask you not to bring these for your dogs.

We live in a community that can be threatened by wildfires and earthquakes. We have an evacuation plan in place and ready to be executed if a natural disaster event occurs that requires our client/dogs and our staff to evacuate. Please review our plan here, so you know the expectations and how to participate. We practice this plan often to avoid confusion or uncertainty during the event. You will be notified via SMS (cell phone text), then by voice call of instructions for retrieving your dog either at the facility or at our “safe place”. Any dogs not retrieved by the owner in time will be transported by us, via safe and secure kennels in our staff’s vehicles.

Once you register with us Propetware Registration link, well receive a request from our management software which we’ll review immediately and determine our occupancy.

STEPS: Request RSVP, Register & Intake, Waiver Acceptance, Payment & Terms, Instructions for Drop-off.

1. Request RSVP: You’ll be notified via email that we’ve accepted or denied your request. We try really hard not to deny anyone and work hard to accommodate everyone. If we have questions, we’ll contact you via phone to clarify and learn more about your requirements.
2. Register & Intake: Your email notification will include the next steps to secure your reservation. Our pet management software keeps us organized and documents everything both parties need to secure a happy stay such as breed info, vaccinations, temperament, medical & feeding needs, etc., as well as instructions for you to ensure your pooch is happy and how to get in touch with us.
3. Waiver Acceptance: We ask you to accept our Release of Liability Agreement which generally states our boarding facility is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the dog's stay, such as the possibility of injury during dog play or training. Additionally, we ask for authority to seek emergency veterinarian care if needed and that the pet owner will be responsible for any associated costs. The registration process will ask for emergency specifics and details of your wishes in the case of a life threatening emergency. You can review the Release of Liability Agreement here. We ask that you print a copy and sign & date the agreement to bring with you on the first day. Our management software will ask you to agree, to move forward in the registration process. If you’re a return client, we’ll simply review that your signed agreement is up to date.
4. Payment & Terms: A secure electronic link will be provided to enter your payment type. Payment will be charged at time of drop-off when your dog is checked-in. Check out time is before 12:00 pm to avoid being charged another full day. You’re always charged a full-day at drop-off regardless of your appointment time. Cancellation Policy: Can be arranged by phone or Email, 72 hours before your reservation date & time, so we may fill your reservation. Busy weekends and Holidays require 7-day cancellation, by phone or email. If Cancellation less than 72-hours or No-Show occurs, your payment type will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
5. Directions & Instructions: You’ll receive an email and or text message before your reservation date with directions and instructions. There is a little bit of prep we ask from you such as bringing their favorite toy, packing up special food or medication properly, etc. so we are organized from the first minute you arrive with your dog. Arriving on-time is our most important request. Each of our client’s/dog’s have arrival time-slots to safely and efficiently get your dog secured with us and you on your way. Some dogs will feel stress during this transition, so we are strict about giving our full attention to the transition of drop-off and pick-up.
